Ambiqo Records

Ambiqo Records is a Dutch ambient label and curator (Helmond, Netherlands) that operates in one of the more sophisticated corners of the electronic scene, the liminal space between dusk and dawn. That phrase, taken straight from their own thesis, does most of the work. Everything Ambiqo releases, curates, and playlists lives in that in between hour when the light is neither day nor night. The sonic territory is precise: dark ambient, neoclassical, cinematic textures, contemplative drones, organic soundscapes. It's the more serious end of the ambient world, where solo piano pieces sit next to drone works and dreamscape textures.
