Lofi Chill Records

Open for submissions

Lofi Chill Records lives in the heart of the genre and doesn't apologize for it. No dark corners, no experimental angles, no chase for a niche. This is chillhop for the parts of life that don't need a soundtrack with attitude, morning coffee, an unhurried afternoon of work, the slow decompression after a full day. The label bet on the most honest use of the music, and stayed there.

Their whole aesthetic reads as one continuous room. The artwork is built by the label, not by each artist separately, and the effect is that every release feels like part of the same conversation, not a rotating catalog of unrelated voices. That's an unusual kind of discipline in a scene where most labels let each producer bring their own visual world. Here the sound and the picture are held together by one hand, and the listener gets a single mood extending across dozens of releases.

The philosophy underneath all of it is quietly hierarchical. Anyone can knock at the door, but the door only opens from the inside. To become part of the label you first have to be brought in by someone who's already there, through a collaboration, a shared track, a real musical relationship. That flips the usual "submit and wait" model on its head. It says the label isn't a service you apply to, it's a room you're invited into, and the invitation comes from another producer, not from an inbox.
