Tea box records

Tea box records is named like a quiet ritual: the box of tea on the shelf, the kettle, ten minutes off. Its music fits that. Jazzhop and chillhop for the slow part of the day, warm and unhurried, more cup in both hands than coffee on the run.

The label's calling card is anime nostalgia filtered through jazz. Its Cowboy Bebop lofi jazzhop mix, built around the label's own tracks, pulls the swing and late night blues of that soundtrack into beats, and found its audience fast. It's a clear statement of taste: jazz first, cinematic memory second, and lofi as the way to bring both down into a cozy room.

It's a small independent label and takes demos by email. Jazz leaning tracks with some story in them fit best.
